Principles of Product Repair and Replacement
All Silicon Power products under warranty will be evaluated to determine whether repair or replacement is required. If replacement is confirmed, Silicon Power will replace the product with the original type or a product with similar specifications. If repair or replacement service cannot be provided, a refund will be issued based on the depreciated value of the product.
After-Sales Service Procedure
For product repair requests, customers may contact their sales representative directly or apply for an RMA authorization code through the official website. If applying independently, after the system issues the RMA number, customer service or the sales team will assist with after-sales processing and product return to Silicon Power. Upon receipt of the returned product, Silicon Power will promptly inspect both internal conditions and external appearance for damage. Relevant information regarding the returned product will be provided to the customer, who may then decide whether to proceed with repair.
