Debug Access Port (DAP)
Introduction
Debug Access Port (DAP) is a debug transmission interface reserved through SSD design. When the system encounters an issue, the user can shut down the system first and connect to the DAP function. Restarting the system and reproducing the issue. The LOG file generated by DAP can be provided to the SP (Silicon Power), enabling accurate issue analysis and efficient solutions. This significantly shortens troubleshooting time and enhances service efficiency.
Key Features and Functions:
- Remote Debugging
No need to physically send the abnormal system to SP, saving time on shipping and handling. - Data Accuracy
Logs are recorded directly on the faulty system and environment, ensuring accuracy and eliminating the need to reproduce the issue.
