Consumer Grade Product Notice
- Component specifications of consumer grade products are not fixed and may vary between production batches. Please carefully evaluate potential risks related to compatibility and reliability.
- Consumer grade products are covered by a replacement service for defective items only. Replacement units may not be identical to the original products.
- For applications requiring high stability, compatibility, long-term supply assurance, or failure analysis reports, we strongly recommend selecting industrial grade products. Industrial grade offerings ensure complete BOM (Bill of Materials) control and comprehensive warranty support.
Warranty Period Determination
The warranty period is calculated from the product’s shipment date. In the absence of purchase proof, the shipment date recorded in Silicon Power’s system will apply.
Warranty Term
| Warranty Product | Warranty Period |
| NAND Flash Product with SLC/pSLC | 5 years and within guaranteed TBW |
| NAND Flash Product with MLC/TLC | 3 years and within guaranteed TBW |
| DRAM Modules | Lifetime Limited Warranty |
The guaranteed TBW values can be referenced from the datasheets of each NAND Flash Product to confirm the guaranteed TBW value, and the TBW value is based on SP Toolbox measurements.
Please note that the estimated product lifespan is based on typical industry usage under normal conditions, though actual warranty periods may vary by country or region. For extended warranty terms, please contact your sales representative.
Principles of Product Repair and Replacementn
For products under warranty, Silicon Power will determine whether repair or replacement is necessary. If replacement is deemed appropriate, Silicon Power will provide a model of the same or equivalent specifications. If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund based on the product’s depreciated value may be issued.
After-Sales Service Procedure
To initiate a repair request, please contact your sales representative directly or apply for an RMA authorization code through our website. Once an RMA number is issued, our customer service or sales team will assist with the return process. Upon receipt of the product, Silicon Power will conduct a thorough inspection and communicate any findings to the customer for a repair decision.
