With dedicated in-house manufacturing, we produce under closely monitored quality control measures and comprehensive testing systems. This provides 100% traceability through detailed production records of people, machines, materials and methods. Additionally, around 90% automated manufacturing helps maintain consistent quality across our products.
Over the years, we've continued sharpening our expertise in fulfilling unique customization requests and specializing in complete phase planning with fixed bills of materials and solutions with extended seven year supply longevity. We have over 300 employees in our factory overseeing 8 production lines. We believe in consistent quality improvement through strict quality control. To uphold this objective, 20% of our factory employees are dedicated solely to quality control.

Divided into 4 thorough stages, each ultimately leads to finished products of the highest caliber with impeccable attention to detail. These stages include inspecting raw materials and packaging materials as well as finished products and fully packaged products.
Our quality management system conforms to ISO 9001 standards to assure customers receive reliably high-quality products. With customer satisfaction as our focus, we are committed to ensuring our processes produce top-tier products at all times.
We take great pride in the quality and reliability of our work, which stems from the strict protocols implemented throughout our production process at our advanced facility. This includes a 100% inspection rate, online traceability of all items, cutting-edge surface-mount technology with nitrogen-based soldering, military-grade design standards, first article inspection, and ISO-certified management systems ensuring top-level oversight.
Our extensive experience and skilled field application engineers allow us to offer well-informed and professional technical support. Our dedicated technicians are committed to providing prompt failure analysis service of the highest quality along with advanced firmware refinement and solution testing. We work diligently using a 2/4/7 model where intermediate reports are released within seven days.
Taiwan has one of the highest recycling rates in the world, which is very progressive. We take manufacturing, distribution, and disposal processes that are environmentally responsible very seriously by following their example. Our products and factory equipment meet both REACH and RoHS compliance, meaning they do not contain hazardous chemicals. This benefits the environment through reducing landfill pollution. It also makes our products safer for customers to use throughout their lifetime.

With improved temperature tolerance, power management, and support for real-time monitoring, they excel in industrial applications.
We are committed to providing long-term support and managing our supply chain to extend the lifespan of our products and help our customers maximize the use of their resources for up to 5 years. With a 6-month Product Change Notification or End-of-Life notice, customers have ample time to plan for Long Term Buy orders and smoothly transition to new components. We also adhere closely to the Engineering Change Notice process to ensure any changes are made transparently to all involved parties and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Every request is unique, so each result should be tailored to match. Our experienced in-house design team has years of customizing products to meet client needs. With core components, security features, and encryption methods that remain consistent, we have flexibility in other areas like application details, designs, and packaging formats.
